My name is Sarzhan Olha. I am a head of Pole Dance&Fitness SKY STUDIO. The coach in Pole Dance, Pole Sport, Pole Exotic, Pole Kids, Stretching. I have been engaging in Pole Dance since 2008. I have a coaching experience since 2013.
To be beautiful and self-assured woman is a necessity. The beauty and appeal are correct posture, graceful walk, agility of movements. Beyond that, to be beautiful is to realize own attractiveness, feel sure of yourself. Pole Dance is a balanced combination of sport, dance and fitness. The pole takes an opportunity for teaching a woman to be appeal, build a beautiful body, empower yourself. This is our main task, and we cope with it bravely!
